Our goal is to provide quality Physiotherapy care to all our clients in a timely manner. No-shows and late cancellations inconvenience not only us, but our other clients as well. So when booking, please be aware of our policy regarding missed/cancelled appointments.

We like to think we are pretty reasonable and know there are many unavoidable reasons why people miss their appointments or need to reschedule and we understand this. However, often people just simply forget or cancel late as they’ve been offered work or something else. It is these times we feel that the clients are not fully valuing our time as therapists or considering other clients in pain and find it only fair to cover our costs incurred.

Out of respect for your Therapist’s time and other clients, we request that you give us the maximum amount of notice possible when you need to cancel your appointment. A minimum 48 hours notice will be required to cancel or change any appointments or a cancellation fee will apply.

NDIS clients please note: Cancellation fees will be in accordance with the NDIS short notice cancellation policy.

Appointment cancellation fees are outlined below:

  • Cancellations/changes within 48 hours of a scheduled appointment time will incur a cancellation fee of 50% of a full appointment fee.
  • Cancellations /changes within 24 hours or non-attendance at an appointment will incur a cancellation fee of 100% of a full appointment fee.
  • Any client who cancels or fails to attend their scheduled appointments more than twice will be required to pre-pay their appointment fee to book any further appointments.

It is important to note our reminder system is just courtesy. It is technology based and not 100% reliable therefore should not be relied upon as a sole reminder for appointments and isn’t a reason for missing an appointment or cancelling late.
