Clinical Exercise and Pilates is fantastic for injury prevention as well as health maintenance and overall wellbeing. It is a slow, controlled and low impact form of exercise which targets core strength and improves flexibility and strength. Pilates also improves movement control to assist in pain where movement asymmetry has resulted in muscle and joint pathologies. Being low impact and slow, it is pivotal in helping injury rehabilitation and preventing further injuries.

Pilates is a form or exercise for anyone of any age, gender and fitness level and benefits every body (with or without injuries), no matter how fit you are.

 

*Animate is currently only able to offer 1:1 face to face and telehealth Pilates and Clinical Exercise Sessions which can be tailored to each individual client's needs.

We will have both reformer and mat pilates classes in future so watch this space!
